Wills & Estates
WILLS
Your Will is a legal document which sets out your instructions on how you would like your estate handled when you pass away. To prepare for making a will you will need to fill out a Wills information sheet, to provide me with the necessary information needed, so I can ensure your Will is properly prepared. If you would like more information on pricing, please download the Will Brochure below. You can also download the Wills Information Sheet to start the process of getting your Will prepared.
POWER OF ATTORNEY
Power of Attorney is a document which allows you to appoint someone to manage your financial affairs in your place, while you are living. This is particularly useful if you become incapacitated due to physical or mental health problems, or in the event of your absence.
REPRESENTATION AGREEMENTS
A representation agreement is a legal document which allows you to appoint someone to make medical and health care decisions for you. Depending on your instructions, your representative could accept or refuse medical treatments on your behalf including life and death decisions. They could also make a decision to admit you to a care facility. It is important that your representative is someone who knows your health care wishes and will act in your best interests regarding your medical care and/or treatment especially if you are not able to communicate your wishes.
